If you really want Win2000 to work and have lost your original disks, you need to download the appropriate drivers for that machi. I have tried the 2 drivers from Lenovo that they list, but these do not work. I have just re-installed Win2000, and used the drivers from the Lenovo website, but I still have an unknown device listed, and no ethernet controller is shown on the device manager.
These devices will work if you get the right drivers, keep trying.
